Our Commitment to Diversity

Our commitment to diversity is woven into every aspect of our business and reflected through our workforce, our suppliers, and our community investment initiatives. As members of the communities in which we work and live, we believe that we have an opportunity and an obligation to promote diversity.

Our focus on diversity is reflected in The Comcast Foundation’s funding priorities. The Foundation established the Diversity Fund in 2004 to support local non-profit organizations that provide workforce development and job training, teach literacy, develop youth leaders, and promote volunteerism and community service to help raise the cultural awareness of the diverse groups in our service areas.
